Insect hotels, watercolor paintings, model airplanes or crocheted flowers:

"Voll Hobby! Eine Ausstellung.” presented the works of creative municipal residents in the manner of an art exhibition and introduced their hobbies. After intensive pursuits with the individual participants, their working methods and fields of interest, Edith Payer developed appropriate presentation models for each position and combined the individual contributions to a greater whole. Classical and the unusual items were shown together for honoring the broad spectrum of hobbies in the municipal building.

Die Gesamtinstallation basiert auf einer kuratorischen Arbeit: Denn Kuratieren – vom lateinischen curare „pflegen, sich sorgen um“ – bedeutete im Kontext dieser Ausstellung, dass allen Exponaten mit jener Sorgfalt begegnet wird, die auch Kunstinstitutionen den von ihnen präsentierten Werken entgegenbringen.
