Inside the exhibition space of the kunstGarten in Graz, which is also the home of the curators Irmi and Reinfrid Horn, every eye found on any photo, painting, sculpture, decorative item or other object was covered with a 3D wiggly eye. In this way, the owners’ personal items were made to look back at the people viewing them, thus focusing the viewer’s attention on the abundance of objects and images among which the Horn family live. The accompanying book produced after the exhibition serves to document the installation photographically.
