Textile images | 2017/2018 | Jersey on canvas, 21 x 30 cm
This portrait series is based on a collection of images of penises found in public places in Vienna, as well as in the toilets of various Viennese bars and clubs. Drawings in crayon and marker pen, graffiti, stencils and carvings created by anonymous individuals were all recorded photographically and resized to the same dimensions before being recreated as textile images. Sons was created for the exhibition Dick(s) & Titz, which exhibited works on the same topic.
